This is after most of the drives are disconnected.
Disk Management under volumes shows it as a GPT.
I tried it, it didn't work; the C drive which contains windows still would not upgrade to Windows11. The drive is GPT but no matter what upgrade process I take I get the same error; 0x80070003
I already looked at the setupact.log file, didn't really have much information that helped me resolve this situation.
I would like to do it without any 3rd party tools. It was mentioned to disable WindowsPE but in my case it is disabled and UEFI is also enabled on the BIOS; it's simply getting it to convert but all...
WindowsPE was already disabled !

I'm trying to upgrade Windows10 (Build: 21H1) to Windows11 since I have to convert the MBR to GBT that is where the issue begins. I've tried to do this both online and offline to no success.
This...
Anyone have experience with HDDSuperClone, as I'm trying to clone a HDD which has bad sectors using this tool, although each time after :20 minutes of cloning with this tool, I get this error; Skip...
I would like if topgundcp would explain because when I attempt to run the command; delete partition override, I get an error that Delete is not allowed on the current boot, system, pagefile,...
Win+R then type msconfig, then go to the Boot tab within System configuration and there you will see what drive Windows is booting from. In my case it should be I instead it shows C.
I have C...
Why must one have to disconnect the old drive when booting, why can't one simply tell Windows the new drive to boot from ?

How do you use BCDBoot to fix it ?
Shouldn't when cloning a drive, Windows boot into the cloned drive ?
I cloned a drive using Macrium but after attempting to boot into the cloned drive by setting the drive in diskpart among a few other things, it doesn't boot into the new drive. Each time windows...
What is delete partition override; is that just the name of the partition ?
I tried this suggestion, it didn't work. Why when cloning a Windows including all the reserved partitions and having the BIOS boot to the new drive, is Windows when checking though MSCONFIG is not...

That didn't solve my issues.

How can I find in Computer Management which Disk belongs to what physical drive ?
