Let's see.... a total inability to connect to the internet is NOT CRITICAL? The inability to shutdown the PC without holding down the power button also not critical? I tried every single suggestion...

After spending a day trying to fix the problem caused by rev 1511 I just did a roll back to the previous version. It took ten minutes and all is well, just not using version 1511.
