Thanks for this tutorial, i tried many things but this sysprep fixed my partial language problem (it was on task bar rightclick).
For notice, it reset my taskbar icons which i pinned like chrome etc.

This is some kind of bug and Microsoft aware of. They will be fix this probably in future release.
