If I can get you new ISO (x64), I would have it downloading overnight....and let it take forever!!!! :-)

Format the USB stick as FAT32, make the partition Active and extract the ISO into the USB.

I just realized, that although I have been using the excellent Win PE SE, for more than a year, a tool that has saved my a** quite a few times, I hadn't congratulate the developer for his work.
