If I search for a program like calculator , it will list it but I cant run it. Sometimes it just has a spinning blue circle

Hi guys, I seem to have lost my SMB shares to my RP2 running OMSC. Reshared everything but for the life of me I cant get them to show :( Everything was working fine until this update

Anyone had the blue busy circle mouse pointer going every few seconds with this build? I also have explorer crashes / slow performance and had to roll back :(
