I second the cable suggestion. Or possibly monitor. Your screen grab came through perfect so I believe the issue would be after the video card.
Since you're on a laptop could you start bypassing gear and go right to the router and see if you're problem persists?

Even with a 10gig uplink theres still ALOT to be desired from AD.
Starting at, for sure, 35ft and possibly as little as 25ft (also,direct line of sight) you'll barely saturate 1gig.
