Truly retarded you can not set the hours.

So Teamviewer was the only solution..
Install this before any updates, full access from log in screen,install its monitor drivers in advanced settings. (TV11)
Make sure it's 100% working from log...

F8 mode same problem, out of range even in low res mode.
Only cure is reset operating system to default micrsoft display driver.
I was going to try Teamviewer next to try change settings via that....

Going around in circles with this.
Only way to get a display is to reinstall 10 and use the old default drivers.
At least 10 times now.
This happens with my shuttle on Nivida drivers and my laptop...
