I think i solved the problem. I turned off hardware acceleration in google Chrome. :-)

I have no windows media player, so i guess i have the N version. I never had windows media player so i never installed the media feature pack. Will installing the media pack solve this issue?

But fallout 4 performs so much better with drivers from the amd website, atleast 15fps difference!

I have a problem with Windows 10 and the AMD driver for the AMD A8 4500m APU.
After upgrading to Windows 10 everything seemed to work fine, until I updated the graphics driver from the AMD website....

I have found what is going wrong with the AMD A series APU's and windows 10.
Somehow my laptop thinks (dont know if its windows 10 or the amd driver or whatever) that my cpu is at a much higher...

This solved my problem! In device manager i found "AMD Radeon 7400m" and "AMD Radeon HD 7640g + HD 7400m" I deleted the first one and the problem was solved :D
