I mostly use Windows DVD Maker and ImgBurn for burning, though I've used others. I also use Windows Movie Maker for editing.

With all due respect, did you read my original post? I DID download NEW Windows 10 media, several times. Finally, only the TechBench download would work correctly - not the Microsoft Upgrade download...
