Could you explain the steps how to achieve that?
I notice the left panel is not horizontally aligned with the right one. (it's lowered a bit)

Yeah, whilst W10 is pretty good at auto-detecting and auto-installing such things, when it does it wrong, it has become in many cases more difficult diagnosing and fixing that.

This is very often due to bad cabling/connection, but if it does work when only changing the computer of your friend, the cable is probably o.k..
