Can you be more clear on what problem you are having? What do you mean by PC was set at BIOS? You mean legacy mode or uefi mode?

Well i can split (split feature on minitool) it to a 50 mb partition then delete it and then make the c drive take it, should i do that?

MPC-HC is much better tho, vlc gets choppy but mpc-hc doesnt

Don't worry I use tor and vpn ... never used social stuff, use duckduckgo for search engine

Press the windows + r key and type %temp% or temp in the run popup that comes up after pressing those keys.
