This is all I use anymore. I am on Windows Insider and anytime they have issues with updating, I just use this and install. Works perfectly for me

Okay it didn't last long. Some pages load,while others get dns error. I am going back to previous build. See if that fixes it

Well I fixed mine even though I had no VPN clients.

I am still not happy...

I don't have bitdefender or Cyberghost. I have tried all those Command Prompt settings etc. I installed malwarebytes and it doesn't detect any malware.

This is baffling.

I am having same issues. I can connect to WiFi, but can't open any browsers.
