I'm getting closer to solving the issue. I've removed two 8gig sticks of RAM, bringing it down from 32 to 16 gigs. Since then the system has been a lot more stable, with no blue screens...

I find it tricky updating that driver, as usually I update drivers through the Device Manager. But I can't seem to find it listed...
