also so I just left my computer sitting there and it came up with a start menu and cortana not working critical error after awhile like it was trying to fix that...

Well I tired and I can't open the command prompt while on the desktop, I literally can't do anything.
And now actually it shows the desktop for about 1 min and my shortcuts don't show up or anything...

Turn on my computer this morning and bam have this issue where it takes for ever to boot up to the account login and once I log on takes a bit to show the desktop but once it does nothing works can't...
