ahh not sure if its worth it tho. Only bought this gtx 970 2-3 months ago. Would a gtx 980 be really that special?

Is it the gpu that loads in all the objects in games? I tend to get lag in the vertibird on fallout 4 as I can see so many objects ( get about 40fps)
Do you know how much TB it is? and the rpm?
So i need someone who is very educated and can suggest extra parts to improve my pc's general performance, boot time, load times, faster rendering times for videos and ofc fps on games...

The boot seems to be quicker now and i get to the login screen within 50 seconds on normal boot and diagnostics but still 100% disk when loading apps and stuff. Also noticed that diagnostics startup...
Ok i will do the diagnostics and stuff and then report back. My disk usage does go to 100% from time to time, often while loading stuff and most definitely when booting up.
I've been having this problem for a long time, I've tried resetting my pc to factory settings, didn't work. I tried windows trouble-shooter, didn't work. When I boot I am greeted with a zoostorm logo...
Done some more testing and found out that it boots alot faster in safe mode. Any more ideas otherwise i think i will just have to deal with it. Dont have a hard drive to back up the stuff i need to...
Do i need a Win 10 cd to do this though? And if i do, i dont have one. Only a recovery disc for win 8.1. Also i cant revert back to win 8.1 as ive had win 10 for over a month so i cant revert back
Sorry im a bit of a noob when it comes to this stuff, how do you troubleshoot the boot? I only see the option to trouble shoot internet and audio

But if i do reset it i dont think that will fix the problem that my HDD is having problems loading drivers.
I have not run a trouble shooter yet, how do you want me to do it? The one that comes with windows or a third-party app??
i dont have a disc for windows however, but i do have a disc i used to recover windows when my pc wasnt working. Can i use that to reset it? coz im pretty sure this has been happening for other 3...
