Thanks for answering!
Yeah well I was thinking of using my old approach.
Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website even though they are old (2017/2018) on a USB. Install Windows....
Hi guys,
It feels like forever since I’ve installed Windows on a PC.
I got my 2018 Acer Nitro 5 and I’m waiting to do a clean install now. Provider drivers are outdated af (2017/2018). Is there...
So I messed up with the drivers recently, and after having installed the default version from Microsoft (ver. 20.19.15.4474), now it's not recognized anymore by the Intel Driver Assistant (getting...
Any idea why my update is stuck at "Installing 61%"?
My update is stuck at "Installing at 61%" even if I restarted the PC and stopped the service. Any quick fix for this?
Is there any known way to revert to regular builds without losing data?
Yeah, it seems it has issues with Insider builds. Thanks for your help!
Yeah, I know the rules. I just wanted someone to help me understand how to read this, not solve the issue for me. If it's neccessary I'll post the whole logs.
Hi guys,
I'm running the latest Insider Preview (Fast) Build 19608 and I'm trying to play an old-ish game (Mu Global Online). It seems there are some issues with GameGuard because I keep getting...
Check the DNS to "automatically" from the Wireless Network Adapter properties (IPv6 and IPv4)
So this is a release for the Fast Ring, but not for Skippy?
Yeah, I know what's what. But I was just expecting IPS monitors to be 8 bit, since my TN one was 8 bit.
So I'm trying to find out about the bit depth of this laptop's display.
Since this is an IPS display and not a TN one, I was expecting 8 bit depth. But when I checked the settings I got this:

What if I format it after windows install and attach it to a partition.

Hi,
So I got a new laptop and I'm trying to install W10. It was already preinstalled with some Endless Linux that I've never heard about, so when in the W10 setup, I noticed that apart from the...
So until now I've been using Windows Firewall+WD+MBAM+AdwCleaner, but lately I think this combo is getting a little dull and predictable.
What do you use or what are your suggestions? Doesn't...
Using the latest Insider Preview Build (Skip Ahead), and for some time I keep getting notifications about a "new" partition of 498MB that it's low on disk space.
The partition is empty and it's...
After the update I got issues with the audio driver. Dolby Digital Plus claims it's not compatible with it. No Defender icon as well.
I left 50GB of my 500GB Samsung EVO 840 SSD at the end of the memory just for over provisioning. But it seems that they are not seen because they are allocated after my Fedora install.
Any idea...
This are my drivers (selected by the Serial Number): Error which are identical to the 3 in my OP. WTF xD
Windows tends to miss deivers from time to time so I like to use the ones provided from the manufacturer, then it can install and overwrite whatever it wants.
Well the drivers names and versions seem to be the same for all 3 of them.
I just gave it a try for the lulz and I found a couple of drivers that could've been updated and not seen by WU.
