I really have no idea because i installed the new memory and installed fresh windows install. but the issue has been succesfully fixed i should say. iv been gaming every day excessively and 0 issues.

IIt does seem the issue has been fixed completely. i changed the way i was intalling my windows and i used a small external hard drive i have with a usb installed windows on that and then reinstall...
