No! no dice!
I can change all 27 color skin, but transparent show as white, also I can't enable Transparency bottom

Got it, found my problem, I have not set up...

Using windows 10 build 10586 and still sidebar can't enable transparency

Using version 16.0 and still bar trasparent don't work

did not work for me, transparency button is on but don't work, still white

The new issue is with Build10576, all gadget are working now but side bar can not be change to any color or transparency, it show in white and that all you can do.
