Looks like everything went well, even fixed an issue "sfc /scannow" couldn't fix. Now have adblock extension on Edge :D

I've tried pointing to the file on C drive (much smaller file) as well, with the same results.
Give me a company in my area that has reliable $9.25 broadband and I'll drop my $60 broadband right now.
It may be as simple as defragging the HD. Win 10 upgrade doesn't like fragmented HDs.

I always use Display Driver Uninstaller, it takes you to safe mode, compleatly uninstalls the drivers and blocks Win 10 from automatically updating the drivers.

Are you using an administrative command prompt (right click Start, select Command Prompt [Admin])?
It's always advisable to reinstall your OS with a new motherboard. Only way to get around it is by installing an exact copy of the same motherboard, although even then it's a good idea.
