    The fix for mine was unplugging my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick from the USB port.

    I am having the same exact problem after...

    I am having the same exact problem after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
    What is really frustrating is that I thought I had it fixed after doing a clean boot, Un-checking the wake up items...
