Tried all the stuff. Commands, Clean Boot, Disabled Apps.. The fix for mine was unplugging my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick from the USB port. It goes to sleep just fine now. Updating the driver...

I am having the same exact problem after...
I am having the same exact problem after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
What is really frustrating is that I thought I had it fixed after doing a clean boot, Un-checking the wake up items...
