Try 'Cleaning' the HDD!

If this is a laptop then remove the battery and ac adaptor for a few mins and it should boot up.
Also, try tapping F8 at boot up and choose Safe Mode, this can fix a few things.

Do the usual checks for virus' and malware (Malware Bytes), run sfc /scannow from an admin cmd prompt, un install and reinstall iTunes from a fresh download.
It could be that a recent update to the graphics drivers has failed and Windows has defaulted back to basic low-res graphics.
Take out the battery and mains adaptor for a few minutes and try again.
It sounds like there's a problem with the Print Spooler service.

Sorry, axe0 this isn't true, and I currently run Win 10 with an MBR SSD.
You only really need a GPT format if your HDD/SDD is larger than 4TB. However GPT is more robust.
Use Legacy boot for MBR...
