Update. Noticed that this problem goes away if i am using a VPN. Seems like the non-vpn DNS is corrupt or something?

I suspect that VPN-clients somehow has corrupted something. Ive tried Tweaking.com win10 repair in safe mode with all network related repairs etc. VPN clients removed

Thanks for finding the avc3.sys error. If i receive another BSOD, i will attach a new zip, and try to uninstall + clean out leftover files from Bitdefender, then reinstall again :)
