Agree. Shutdown should mean "SHUTDOWN".

Turned off fast startup and the next am the PC started via the BIOS time as set. So that did take care of it! YEA!!! Thanks Much Everyone!

BIOS is UEFI as far as I know. ASROCK Z77 (listed incorrectly at first). In the BIOS there is an option for scheduled startup or RTC. Is is set for everyday at 4 am for the computer to come on...
