AeroHybrid themes are the same as normal Windows Aero themes.
The only difference being some things can have their colors change using regedit, or...

Have you tried creating your own theme(use settings app for this), and see if it works?

Are you syncing your theme?
The trans coded file is your sync'd theme.
Go to settings app and turn of theme syncing and keep it off.
I have had many problems with...

If you tried deleting it in the settings app, and that didn't quite get it all, try going to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes and manually deleting it there.
