I'll try your suggestion. Funny though, the default screen saver selecting the "Photos" option works as advertised on another almost identical PC.

When watching a full-screen video, my screen saver slide show tries to start. It blacks out the screen and the pictures start showing after a few seconds. That didn't happen with my XP and Windows...
