Hello All,
I recently discovered that the text expander / replacement software I was using in Windows 10 was the cause of a major hardware typing problem and had to be removed. I am looking for a...
The problem is solved - it was an errant program - Texter, a phrase expander / replacement program - [Solved] 4 Computers Go Down With The Same Problem .
Hope this helps someone else.

Hello All,
I have a very unusual hardware problem. It has now affected its 4th computer. The problem is this: when I turn on my laptop for the first time in a few days, everything works exactly as...
I beg to differ. My computer is loaded with legacy apps and it runs just fine. In fact, all but two run nicely under Win 10, and those were easily replaced. After all, if a program does what you need...
Anybody remember Heathkit and the z80 processor? I built one of those with Dual 5.25 floppies! Great 1st "computer".

Glad you found it helpful. Hope you like it, I certainly do!

I don't know, I prefer 3rd party solutions to OS problems - they usually come with added benefits, such as IObit's Uninstaller that looks for 'left over fragments' during the uninstall process. Not...
Hello All,
I have three computers, each with a different OS flavor: Win 7 Home Premium, Win 7 Pro, and Win 10, Build 9926. All three computers show in my file manager under Network, but only 2 are...
I also use IObit Uninstaller and have for quite some time. Indeed, I'm very pleased with how many legacy software programs Win 10 is compatible with, especially as I'm running Win 10 on legacy...
