Hello,
I would like to move a Microsoft Store app from one computer to another and unfortunately it is no longer available to download.
ANY help is appreciated.
It is a notebook, MSI EX610.
I haven't met with that setting yet, as soon as I get home from work, I'll check for it.
I have reinstalled the system couple times, didn't help.
The strange thing is that fullscreen games spin up the CPU to 1809MHz, as it should be, programs in Windows, like Chrome or VLC player don't...
Yes, no change.
It is an AMD Sempron 5200+ CPU.
Ohh, wow, thank you for the productive comment, it was really worth reading it.
I was thinking of that in my post, it is on 100% on both default profiles and I'm using Balanced.
What do you mean under "standby"?
You should look into the list of programs allowed to run under lockscreen, this is my first and main guess.
Track My Device can also drain power as well as active...
I'd say that two minutes is way too long for that hardware, too.
You should really look into drivers and double-check your hardware. I work in IT, too, if you need some help and guidance, please do...
It is also related to RAM. While shut down, memory is emptied fully, but when restarted it keeps all of its content and the computer doesn't have to write everything on it again, just read what's...

My problem was resolved by completely reinstalling Windows 10 RTM (build 10240).
Thanks for the answers, now I understand this aspect of Windows a little bit better. :)
The same applies to the 32bit and 64bit versions being installed at the same time?
As you can see on the screenshot attached, I have both 32bit and 64bit entries of the same version of Visual C++ Redistributable. I have 64bit system.
Is this normal or I can remove 32bit version?...
You may have an antivirus program active that has detected it as malware and blocked it. Disable the program and download again, it is safe, don't worry.
Well, whatever, as you can see noone had problem with it. You can also contact the creators of the patcher and ask them what it dies it details.
Thanks for the link, downloaded and tried it on a...
I've tried and it is working perfect with Windows 10.
You must use a file archiver program, I recommend 7ZIP. I you still have difficulties, feel free to hit me up on Skype: csenger41.
Maybe it is your antivirus program that deletes it. I just downloaded and tried the whole process on Windows 10 Pro build 10525 and works perfectly.
Thank you guys, it's all OK now.
I don't understand why they don't include ALL dotNet version in installer by default... :S
Anyone could tell me or give a link how are .NET Framework versions included in different version offline installers?
I mean is v3 included in v3.5, or v2 in v3, etc?
If I type in for example 90%, when I click OK, it resets to 100%.
Is there any way to set my DPI setting lower, than 96 (100%)?
I've read about a registry hack for 7, but it doesn't work in 8.1, so I guess it also wouldn't work in 10.
