Yes, I did check those things, but it didn't fix it.

I did find the fix though. It's all related to Windows 10 and the "Hey Cortana" feature. Disabled it and problem is resolved and fixed.

I did confirm the issue is NOT with the Ultramon program. Issue still remains with no updates at this point.
