I tryed this but no fix..same problem with dropping down downlaod speed..then i try turn on Mobile Hotspot on Windows 10 and when i TURN ON speed is FULL Download speed..when i turn off speed drop on...

If the above mentioned method doesn't work for you, you can directly add the DWORD in Registry by executing following command in Command Prompt:

reg.exe add...
