Windows 10 Store gives error 0x803F8003 when trying to download/update apps

note: the error appears right after it shows acquiring license.

after you update to Win10, windows will automatically re update your drivers, if it keeps giving you BSoD , try steps on Win10
Uninstall all amd drivers
Restart
Check if Windows automatically...

It works fine no BSoD, other users try it if it works then spread the solution

Its been 1 hr now since i did it, no BSoD so far, will try some games

I dont want them to share the OS, I just want to share the $Windows folder files and not download them on each device

Note all of the devices have qualified Windows 8.1 and one of them already...
