Just checking in, to put-to-bed the Macrium Relect Locale/Date/Time/Keyboard etc., problem I had.
It's a GMT vs UTC Thing.
Your "UK/GMT" Reflect.cfg will help stop the region...

When I run Macrium Reflect, it changes my "locale", "keyboard", and "system date" format.
From: GMT, en-gb, dd/mm/yyyy
To: UTC-0500 Eastern Time,...

For three days now, I've been totally absorbed in reading (jumping forums) and applying the work of ChriSR and Kyhi.

Un-check the "Open at boot" entry in the TranslucentTB tray icon's context menu.
Delete the TranslucentTB folder in your C:\drive.
Reboot and it is gone.

If you are trying to use a ".msi" installer you need to run the installer from an Elevated cmd prompt.
