Turn On laptop about 10 second before bootup screen, after that is where the long delay begins before desktop is loaded

I have a older laptop Dell 3580 there seems to be about three minute delay loading desktop
Are there a program that will log what is going on and show what the hang up is?
Has I3-7100u and 8gb ram

I ended up just hiding the update with wushowhide
I dunno if will cause any problem or not, I made a backup before doing so

Resized my recovery part by 1gb ran the update again results

I'm not sure if bitlocker is even installed one says yes other says to turn on bitlocker
If it is on I want to remove it, I bought this laptop that had a fresh install of Win 10 on it

I notice they can only be seen in Windows 11 , even when I allow hidden and system files to be seen...For some reason Win 10 is hiding them..
