I have ccleaner en Windows Defender and i have a lot of background startup programs disabled, but i have the newest insider build so sometimes my explorer just crash... so i don't think i can help...

You need to turn fast boot off in your control panel, I had the same issue but you need to boot your pc then when the black screen comes up you need to put your pc in sleep mode and then turn it on...

I have the same issue.. I think its a bug in Windows 10, maybe its gonna be fixed later in a update...

I have no problems with booting up Windows 10... Can i have your specs from your pc?

Maybe your graphics card is broken, because I search for you on internet about the power save mode and i saw things about a broken graphics card..
Maybe you should check that out ;)
