With build 17704, Microsoft put Sets off-line. Running Mach2 still gives me a tabbed UI, but only for websites. Anyone know how to re-enable apps?

Here's what worked for me. First, I ran mach2 and rebooted. That gave me Sets, but no apps option.

How do you compile mach2? I've got Visual Studio community. What I don't have is a clue.

"mach 2 is not recognized as an internal or external command, program or batch file". What am I doing wrong?
