ok Can you confirm that icon position are everytime on the left if you push F5 on keyboard or restart system?
do you have nvidia graphic card?

after restart system are all OK? icon and folder view?

enable PUA and PUP detection (potentially unwanted applications and potentially unsafe applications ) and download for example ammyy from http://www.ammyy.com/AA_v3.exe if eset catch it select...

if you have this "BUG" i have no solution to solve it (i try all solution that human can found on google) .... the only 1 solution is reinstall windows 10 and wait a Eset SS8 fix or a microsoft fix...

INSTALL WINDOWS 10 (WITH FORMAT)
INSTALL ESET SS8 WITH LAST UPDATE
SCAN A FOLDER WITH INSIDE MALWARE SAMPLES *
I RESTART WINDOWS
