I am almost certain that this is the cause if the problem. I used ccleaner right before the problem occurred. The weird thing is that I restored the registry files after that with no luck....
That's right, powrshell is fine.
The problem with the illegal character is generally what I think causes the whole problem.

Yes, of course I run it as admin, you can see it on the top of the Cmd window.
Um...sorry, I can't find the dash that I missed. Actually I copy pasted, so I think all the commands are fine.

Unfortunately I faced problems on many steps of the process.
1. "specify settings for optional component installation and component repair" was fine.
2. "WSReset.exe" opened windows store, I guess...
