Happened again this morning with but blue circle and had to restart with power button.
I checked and Windows is set to save minidump in root of C but there is no dump file there.

Windows had been working perfectly for a long time, then the last week or so I've started getting random system freezes (4 times this last week). I get a blue circle...
I updated the bios, though I thought I had done it years ago. Another trip to bios to reset boot priorities and I got it to boot to the win CD. Thanks.
Next, put the win 7 cd in another computer to make sure it was good. It booted to the win 7 install screen so its's good. So computer is in legacy mode apparently but won't boot win 7.
After my last visit to the bios I manged to get the boot menu up with options listed for my CDROM drive. However, it looked at the drive on two tries and said there was not OS on the drive.

I have Windows 10 installed on old Lenova laptop. The revert to Windows 7 is no longer present so I'm trying to install a copy of Win 7, from my original CD, to a new partition so I can multi-boot...
I get the same errors trying to access bing.com on Firefox, Edge, Chrome, and Opera. All give the same error and cannot access bing.com all access all other websites normally.
I never use Edge and only used it as test when I could not access Bing.com in Firefox or Chrome, so I've made no changes to the defaults in Edge.
I can access all websites with Edge, but not Bing.com
They have killed access to their own website?!?
I can't access bing.com
I first noticed this after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I'm running Avast antivirus but same result if off or on.
Same result if Windows firewall is off or on....
