Thank you.
I did a CLONE drive following instructions from the Partition Master site.
I bumped up a couple of drives from 500g to 1tb leaving me with 3 - 1tb drives and an original 500gb drive...
I mentioned earlier that I did copy the file over successfully.
After doing the "reagentc" thing, the file is no longer visible and in its place is ReAgent.xml.
But it still gives an error.

Ah, okay. That's pretty cool. Here's to hoping!
Thank you.
Well I'll try to rebuild it then. No problems booting up the computer (except in safe mode).
I understand that NavyLCDR is a person. I don't understand what "wait for" is meant to mean.
Does...
Okay, I've gone ahead and removed the reserved partitions, the redundant recovery partition, and resized the existing main partitions to fill in the voids.

Deleted ReAgent.xml from...
It was disabled. And it was verified with /info.
No change. Same error. ;-(
And notice I changed the title to match the problem better since it has devolved into a Recovery issue. The...
I copied winre.wim into c:\windows\system32\recovery folder.
Ran CMD in Admin mode.

Your example of how to post a screenshot is exactly how I have been doing it. So I don't understand.
I place the cursor where I want it, click the Image icon in the toolbar, select the file to...
I tried. Although the \Recovery folder is visibly empty (and it says "This folder is empty."), when I try to do the "Copy to" and into c:\windows\system32, it asks if I want to replace existing file...

I am not using bitlocker.
From where should I get the winre.wim and ReAgent.xml files? From the install .ISO, or from one of those two partitions I mentioned?
C:\>reagentc /enable
REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found.
I'm looking at my drives in Disk Mgmt and do not see the Recovery partition.
My C: drive (disk 2 931.51GB) is partitioned...
Thanks for responding.

I'm running Macrium Reflect clone again and when done I'll give the boot another try. Will report either way. Thanks.
Thank you. That doesn't work. It comes up stating I need to insert a bootable device and restart. The drive is an exact clone of the bootable drive but it doesn't have the 'C' drive designation. ...

Disk 2 is my original SSD that contains the 'C' boot drive.
Disk 3 is the one that I want to be the new 'C' boot drive.
It is an EXACT clone but I need to set it to 'C' drive to boot...
My C boot drive was nearly full so I had to purchase a new 1TB SSD (NVMe) and install it in a spare slot.
Then I proceeded to 'clone' the C onto this new SSD and with EaseUS Partition Master...
This still would not answer the original question though. Where are these stored? Can they be manually manipulated? If so, I'd rather change the load-up key rather than have to run yet another AHK...
I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
Meanwhile, I would like to know where these hotkeys are actually located and whether they can be over-written manually.

I have an application called SnagIt (12) from Techsmith that I've used for years. One of the tools I use is the Profiles, where I have set a series of Hotkey actions that will do various screen...
I don't know why I had thumbnails for .mp4 files prior to the last Windows update since searching for a fix pretty much agrees with Berton's comment that Win10 doesn't really come with much support...
I had thumbnails before my last Windows update. After weeding out several issues, this seems to be the last one I need to deal with.
I already had VLC installed, but went ahead and reinstalled it....
I've ran Disk Cleaner to delete the thumbnails.
I've deleted the thumbnail caches via command prompt (Admin).
I've gone through View/Options/View and made sure "Always show icons, never...
