Bought an AsusExpertCenter desktop not long ago with a ssd. Can i use diskpart to wipe drive for clean install?

Be careful using heidoc, used their iso downloader and got a virus. Had to wipe disk and start over just to be safe.

Thinking about doing a clean install to see if that solves the problem, I do like win 10 i am sure it will only get better as they work out the bugs.
