I am really struggling. Everything is so slow particularly internet. Any solutions?

Can anyone tell me how to return to Windows 8. I am having so many problems (slow internet, access denied etc)...

I have the same problem. I save to desktop for documents I need to eSign and now I am not allowed to save to desktop, nor can I change any of the docs already there. I too am administrator. I hope...
