This problem start for me few days ago when update to Windows 10 1909.

Some thumbnails are showing but others not

I find a method to turn all the thumbnails on.

I create in other disk a new...

The email from Microsoft said ...... "Windows 8, Windows 8.1 y Windows 10. " .... there is not doubt about this.

For new installations the version downloaded is 16.4.3528.0331, Microsoft has not updated the patch into it.

Same error for me, but after do the same you describe above the problem is still there.

I uninstall WLM and reinstall it without the patch.

I'll wait a time until Microsoft review that problem.

I have the same symptoms but no find any solutions .....
