No, I didn`t uninstall Win 10 - I made a clean install of Win 10.
And I have no problems after reinstalling.

So this is my advice - make a clean install, I am sure it will work for you too :)

Upgrade will install full version.
If you want to have ISO file of it - just download it from Microsoft site: Windows 10
