Thank you! I used my Microsoft Account login credentials and (POOF!) I was logged into the other computer (a notebook) on my little network.
I saw "This application was unable to start correctly 0x000018." when I tried to run CMD. After reading this thread, I tried to open IE 11. I received the same error message. I then did as Brink...
