All fixed now, was a definition update issue. Just like has happened to other AVs, including Defender. All is fine now with the app, and working great, as usual.
It ends up turning itself off, and the service spins into oblivion! 85% cpu and 95% memory on this box. That is a lot!!!

Thanks, but I've done a re-install several times. Manually and with the MB-Clean utility from MBAM. No luck. Just to be clear on my part, I'm speaking of the Exploit Protection module...
If it's a fresh upgrade from FCU to 17083, I believe some "Time" must pass to build the Timeline history. ;)
Well....new build went in smoothly. The burning question, least for me, of where the heck is SETS has been answered. Yanked, pulled, mothballed. Maybe see a comeback in May or June.
