Thank you, that sounds like not a bad idea. One of my suspicions with USB thumb drives is always longevity compared to a DVD.

Let me see if I got that right now.
For my Win8.1 64 bit machine if I choose: "Upgrade this PC now" using the Media Tool Creater it would update my pc without making a ISO for a DVD...
