Well after many hours of "Take Ownership" I now have almost full control over my system again.
"Program Files and Program Files (x86)" folders is still owned by "Trusted Installer"
however...

OK, setting a password for the Administrator account got me back to a login page.
Now my hard drive is owned by "Trusted Installer" got no access to my programs.

Administrator ...

No, I just set a password on the Admin account and will see if that helps.
I was trying to change my account to an Administrator account but it wont let me do so.

Logged into the Administrator account on Win 10 Pro to make some changes.
Restarted the system expecting a login screen but booted straight back into Administrator account.
