I already tried a Memtest with the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Everything went fine. No memory corruption

I installed almost all drivers for the Mianboard and the CPU. Ive also disabled Integrated Graphics in the BIOS. Same issue.

I didn't install my M.2 drive in the first slot because I don't want it to share lanes with the GPU. I already disabled XMP in BIOS. Is there anything else I can try? Maybe there's a RAM setting...
