I am happy too inform that i found the problem :)

I swapped the hardrive too a new SSD and downloaded windows on a USB stick and installed from there.
That made windows install and...

I am still trying too install Windows 10, it seems like the Windows recovery is broken somehow.

The installation is stuck in a loop, when Windows say it gonna get updates and restart it goes back...

I have uninstalled the update, took some time.
Didnt change anything with the launcher, still dont work.

windows update is broken tho, cant reach it.
