sorry, it is under Programs - GSP then two sub folders as mentioned...........

hi again, the data is stored under GSP - with subfolders MM and Data - for each account there are three files i.e.
***.bak ***.mny and ***.wld
the MM folder contains:
BARSV3.DLL ...

you are all being so helpful - I do appreciate it....I do of course make regular back ups so might just wait and see if reddwarf4ever responds, otherwise will try your suggestions!
