It works! Thank you guys for all the effort, finally after 3 weeks without any help from MS - we did it!

Unfortunately I did same thing, also deleted whole my HDD partitions and make one new and after one day everything went back to broken icons and folders. But I have feeling that maybe that problem is...

Hi, same there but on two my computers once. First running Windows 10 home, secon W10pro - icons ****ed up, folder wiev ****ed up and help nowhere. Thank you so much Windows 10!
